1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of EasySpawn ("EasySpawn", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using EasySpawn's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Description of Service

EasySpawn is an Autonomous Development Platform: managed cloud development workspaces — including compute, persistent storage, managed databases, GitHub integration, and deployment infrastructure — for developers and AI agents building and shipping software. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of EasySpawn, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account and password.
• Comply with the terms of any third-party services you connect to your workspace, including GitHub.
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Payment and Billing

EasySpawn operates on a subscription billing model based on your selected plan. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for all orders; your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in service suspension.

5. Service Availability and Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

EasySpawn does not currently offer a service level agreement and makes no commitment as to uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, or interrupted by faults or by failures of upstream providers. You are responsible for retaining your own copies of any code or data you rely on.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EasySpawn or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on EasySpawn's website.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EasySpawn operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
