EasySpawn provides high-performance, pay-as-you-go Minecraft server hosting. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of EasySpawn, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account and password.
• Comply with all Minecraft EULA requirements.
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Payment and Billing

EasySpawn operates on a pay-as-you-go billing model. You will be charged based on your actual resource usage. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in service suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EasySpawn or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on EasySpawn's website.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EasySpawn operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
